The Toro Rojo is an homage to the tenacity of bulls and their struggle to survive - not to the practice of bull-running. This piece aspires to capture the beauty, the movement, the power and the courage of the bulls. The crimson colour represents the bullring where these majestic creatures meet an untimely end, losing their lives for sport.

Heracles' winged mount, and indeed, one of the most well-recognised creatures in the Graeco-Roman pantheon - that is Pegasus. This sumptuous iteration of Pegasus is brazen and animated, brought to life under an exquisite patina.
The creation of this piece has aided me in the pursuit to find what originally inspired me as an artist - for me, to witness the simplicity of movement and the elegance of form is to meet with the divinity of the human imagination.
